Spacious studio near centre and Science Park

Spacious, private and self-contained one bed flat with its own street entrance annexed to my own home available immediately for a small built person. The flat contains its own hallway, shower room, an open plan kitchenette-living/study area and a good size mezzanine with a small double bed, and ample storage space. It also has its own garden view and access. The house is in a green and quiet residential area of Cambridge 10-15 minutes from the Science Park and the historic centre by bus or bicycle. The Cambridge North railway station is a 10min. bike-ride away. Having recently been built, the studio is in lovely condition. I aim to provide a considerate, very clean and quiet home where everyone can work or rest at any time of the day, so please only enquire, if you are happy to help maintain such a living environment. The studio would best suit a small built, morning person who is comfortable with being quiet and considerate between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you sympathise with these sentiments, we would be delighted to welcome you. Please note that the studio is only available for one person. You are of course welcome to have occasional visitors. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, small fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and single induction hob. The studio is perfect for a person who cooks occasionally and enjoys quick meals. The rent and the bills (Wi-Fi, council tax, energy and water) are all included in the £1200/month.
