Single room off Mill Road

Hi!

We have a single room becoming available 1st December in our cosy house just off Mill Road, near all the nice cafes, shops and restaurants. The house has a very cosy/homey feel and we would like to keep it that way. We like sharing the common areas together, cook, chat, etc. but we are also respectful of each other schedule and need for own space. We also like to keep the place neat and clean!
You will be sharing with two female professionals in their mid 30s, and we're looking for someone that's a similar age, tidy, clean, respectful and with similar vibes described above! 😊
The room is small but very cosy and comes furnished with a single bed, a desk, a chair, chest of drawers and external storage.

The house is extremely well located, a short cycle away from the city market center (or 20 min walk) and 10 min on foot from the train station. Parking is possible on the side roads with a permit.

Rent is 700£ and includes ALL BILLS (council tax, water, electricity, internet and TV licence). Contract is 6 months minimum but we would prefer long term.
