Forming New Houseshare in Cambridge (January 2026)

Hi everyone! 👋
We’re two young professionals, Guy and Daniel, currently living in Cambridge in a flatshare and looking for a new place together. We thought it’d be great to team up with one or two like-minded people to find a new home together — ideally somewhere around Cambridge city centre, Castle Hill, or Chesterton.

We haven’t got a place yet, so this is more about finding the right people first and then finding somewhere that suits all. This is a chance to create a new houseshare from scratch — somewhere that feels comfortable, relaxed, and social without being a party house, and a maximum spend of 950 pP including bills.

The room price/picture provided in the advert is a suggestion of what we would fancy with 1-2 additional flatmates.

A bit about us:
We’re both in our late 20s/early 30s, working full-time in insurance and biotech, friendly and easy-going. We enjoy spending time together for the occasional meal or drink, but also value having our own space and quiet time after work. Love for sports and everything outdoorsy is not a must, but a plus. We’re tidy, respectful, and would love to live with people who are similar — sociable, considerate, and clean.

Moving date:
We’re hoping to move in around the beginning of January, though we can be a little flexible for the right place and people.
