Small double room in Flat near Mill Road

A small double room is available in a flat that is a two-minute walk from Mill Road. There is a shared bathroom, common living room, dining area and kitchen. The flat is listed as unfurnished, but some items of the previous tenant's will be available. The kitchen is kitted out and the existing flatmate is happy to share stuff.

The existing flatmate is a scientist (post-doc) at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and ideally looking for another early career professional, but being a good fit is most important. Someone who likes cooking and is happy being social is ideal. The existing flatmate works from home some days and there is space for you to set up a desk and working area somewhere outside of the room.

We will (probably) need to buy a sofa, but there is a small one we can use in the short term. How we organise the flat, in terms of dining area, working space and the living room is entirely open, so this is an opportunity to make a nice shared space.

The total bills, after rent, are about £250, and would be split two ways.
