The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, large kitchen and shared living room were also have garden. You have space for your bike if you need it. the bathroom would be shared .
It's a quiet environment where everyone are professionals, and the personal space of others is respected.
o The rent is £960 per month with bills included and £200 deposit.
o single occupancy is £800 per month

We have a monthly cleaning rota where we keep the communal areas clean and we are looking for someone to follow the rules and help maintain them as well.
