Room available next to Mill Rd best area in Cambs!

Room available next to Mill Road with an added office space and storage, with lots of light and a great garden (there is an option to put a double bed). The house is a two-storey terraced house that feels very homey, tidy, and spacious! We have a big living room and kitchen, and a great garden with a transformed shed into an art space, perfect for pottery or painting lovers.

This is a short term rental for someone quiet and respectful. Term from 1-4 months, available from the begging of December and until the start of April (flexible). All bills included.

Current flatmate works in the arts (f, 29). About us: we enjoy seeing friends, going out for drinks, and walks and chatting while cooking dinner. However, we also appreciate our downtime and keeping a peaceful and tidy home. We would prefer a female subletter. I’ll be out of the country until the start of April, that’s why we are renting this room.

The house is on a quiet residential street, a 3-minute walk from Mill Road and 15 minutes from Cambridge city centre and 15 min walk from the train station connecting to London. There are several pubs and great restaurants around the house, with more than 15 pubs reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot! We are very close to the Mill Road Cemetery and also near Midsummer Common and Coldham’s Common. There is a big Asda just 5 minutes from the house and a large Tesco and Aldi just a 10-minute walk away.
