Hi! I’m moving out and looking for a lovely female professional to take over my large ensuite double room in a spacious, fully-furnished house in Cherry Hinton.

About the House

You’ll be sharing with 2 friendly professional ladies. The house is bright, clean and very well-kept, with plenty of communal space:

✅ Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, utensils, plates, cutlery, cleaning items etc.)
✅ Storage areas
✅ Ground-floor guest toilet
✅ Garage
✅ Garden (with gardening tools if you enjoy a bit of garden time!)
✅ Driveway parking - we don’t have cars so parking is always available

The house is fully furnished and ready to move into just bring your essentials!

💷 Bills & Costs

Bills average approx:
• £50/month per person in summer
• £100/month per person in winter (depending on heating use)

🕒 Viewings

I currently live in the room and can host viewings any day including weekends.
