Hi, my name is Giulia and I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy.

The room will be available form the 8th December. The current contract runs until the 27th May 2026 with the option to extend as required (confirmed with agent).

The room is a spacious double bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed with mattress, two bedside tables and a generous in-built wardrobe. There is plenty of room for additional storage untis and/or a desk. The bathroom features a large mirror and an overhead rain shower.

The room is part of a modern house on Rustat Road with a 10 min walk to the station. The house features a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with open floor dining area, a guest bathroom, a sperate storage room as well as a garden and terrace. The flat also includes a parking space in a secure garage and a secure bike shed.

The other occupant is a 26 year old male professional. Please note that is subject to change as he may be moving out by the end of the year.
