The house is shared by sociable and professional housemates, and is just minutes from local amenities. It boasts excellent road and public transport links, including the guided bus and the A14. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the Business and Science Park, and is close to Cambridge North Station.

We are looking for a professional individual who will blend seamlessly into our easy-going and relaxed household.

The house features two lounges, offering plenty of space to relax. There is ample parking, and the house is always clean and welcoming. It also includes a nicely sized garden and patio, plus a garage used for storage of bikes, gym equipment, and other items.

There are no application fees, no tenancy agreement fees, and no renewal fees. The landlord is very easy-going and supports the housemates with any fixes or issues. You are welcome to speak to the current housemates to hear about their experiences.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (gas, water, electricity, Sky TV, broadband, and council tax) and the room is fully furnished. It includes a built-in large wardrobe, a desk and chair, a mirror, bedside drawers, a double bed, and a mattress.
