Double Room Available in CB4, Quiet Location.

Hi, I’m Stefanie. I’m a professional who works from home, and I also study Sociology at Anglia Ruskin University two days a week.

I have a double room available in my home in Cambridge, CB4, and I’m looking for someone friendly and respectful to share with.

The rent is £550 per calendar month and includes all bills and WiFi. No deposit is required. I simply ask that the first month’s rent be paid up front when you move in, with rent then paid monthly in advance.

The room is a good size, freshly decorated, and furnished with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lamp, bed linen, and towels. There is no TV, but I can arrange one if desired.

The house is peaceful and set back from the main road in a quiet area, so there is very little noise and no through traffic.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared and include all appliances, including a fridge and freezer, your own cupboard space, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, coffee machine, a Ninja air fryer, and all pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. There is also a downstairs toilet which offers extra convenience.

I always have plenty of clothing detergent, fabric softener and other basic household essentials, so these are no problem unless you wish to buy your own, of course.

Regarding the location and transport:

The nearest bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk and takes under 15 minutes to Cambridge City Centre. It then continues on to Cambridge Rail Station. It also only takes around 15 minutes to cycle into the City Centre

The guided busway and the Regional College are both about a 7 minute walk. Cambridge North Rail Station is around a 30 minute walk or less than 10 minutes by car or bus.

There is also off-street parking available. And a Tesco, which is only a few minutes walk from the house.
