Nice single room available from 18 dec Cambridge

Hi , my name is Michele . From Dec 18 I have a single room available in a nice and comfortable house in Newmarket Road (Cambridge) near supermarkets and shopping center.

You will share the house, living room, kitchen and bathroom with 3 other Italian tenants, two boys and a girl, professional, age from 25 to 39, very nice and clean and tidy.

The room is also available for short periods.

The rent is £700 per month with all the drinks included. At the time of entry, you pay two monthly payments, but the second will be to cover the last month you will stay at home, when you decide to go.

Since there is a nice family atmosphere in the house, they want a friendly person who can fit in with ease.
