Hello. We have a double room available in a shared house, off Perne road. Easy parking, nice house, bills included, big garden, quiet neighbourhood. Very close to Addenbrookes. Number 2 bus stop at end of the road.
Extremely fluent English speaker much preferred due to hearing impaired person in the house.
Non smoking household.
Work from home welcomed.
We are seeking house mate that will share the space with us as well as the responsibilities. As opposed to somebody that comes and goes with no interactions.
Pets are ok, depending on the character and size of the pet.
E bikes will not be allowed inside the house itself.
