This spacious bedroom has a large window looking South towards the garden; it has been recently refurbished with laminated flooring, double bed, bedside table, IKEA wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a recess suitable for storing suitcases and bulky items.
Most bills are included (council, water, fast broadband), but gas and electricity will be calculated according to usage.
A young couple lives independently in the annex.
It is advertised as a sharing, but most of the time the occupant will be alone in the house.
Minimum term 6 months, but short term tenancy can be negotiated. Available from January 2026
