Tenants needed for rooms in Coltsfoot close.

Double room on first floor. located right next to the upstairs bathroom. View out into the garden, with two opening windows. The room is already furnished with a bed frame / mattress, a dresser and a wardrobe.

As we are students, we do not pay council tax, but the band is band D.

Ideally we would be looking for fellow students around the same age as us, but we have no preference. Couples are welcome as one of the rooms would more than fit two people.

The contract would be taken over from the 5th of march 2026 onward and this is also the earliest move in date for potential new tenants.
