I am looking for someone to rent my room in a fully furnished, lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Trumpington (10-15 min walk from the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Astra Zeneca, Addenbrookes and Papworth).

The flat is shared with a friendly, quiet, clean and respectful female roommate who works at Astra Zeneca. The neighbourhood is very quiet and well-maintained.

The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished, with a wardrobe, 5-shelf dresser, desk, chair and coatrack.
The bathroom is separate, but is also large and clean, and has a tub.
The open plan kitchen is spacious, with large fridge and freezer space, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob. Plenty of storage space as well, with lots of cupboards.
There is also a large balcony, perfect for summer barbecues!

The flat comes with one parking space, and my flatmate does not currently have a car, so this will be available for use. There is a key-locked cycle storage space as well.

Bus stop for the guided bus-way within 5 minute walking distance.
Sainsbury Local and Nisa Local within 5 minute walking distance.
10 minute drive into city center/railway station.
Gym (Trumpington community college gym) opposite the flat.
