Single room available in a quiet and clean flat with only one friendly and considerate flatmate. We are looking for a nice friendly female flatmate preferably.

It is a groundfloor flat with free carpark and a post bar for locking bikes. Flat has a small outdoor garden that can be use.

The room photo is not up to date as i added a built-in wardrobe. Inside the room you will have a single bed with 2 drawers storage underneath, a large wardrobe, a big desk and plenty of shelves. Room is carpeted, warm with a window that receives a good amount of sunshine in the afternoons.

Location is near local shops, tesco, budgens, next to the Cambridge Regional Colleges and Science park. Close to Cambridge North Station.
15-20 minutes bike ride to central area, there is a bus stop next to the house with every 15mins busses to centre and other locations.

All the bills including a superfast 5G wifi and council tax included.
