I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely girls’ house share. I honestly couldn’t fault the place! It’s super clean and tidy (we have a cleaning rota), the girls are genuinely friendly and chatty, and the room itself is a great size with a private en-suite shower.

• ~15 min walk / ~5 min cycle to Addenbrooke’s
• ~30 min walk / ~10 min cycle to Cambridge Station
• Lovely parks and green spaces nearby
• Convenient Co-op ~10 min walk away
• Driveway parking available if you have a car

We’re all good friends and enjoy having dinner together and watching reality TV in the evenings. Everyone has their own busy lives too, but we make time to catch up in the communal kitchen/lounge, so it’s a really nice balance of social and independent.
The house is well looked after, with a very attentive landlord who lives nearby and fixes any issues quickly. This would suit someone looking for a warm, friendly, and well-kept home rather than just a room.
