Cosy Double Bedroom along Cherry Hinton Road

Hello! My cosy room in a 3 bed house along Cherry Hinton Road will be available to rent from January onwards! Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I need to move closer to London by the beginning of March latest.

(Please be aware that the deposit for your room will be £846, SpareRoom is not allowing me to put a deposit amount greater than the rent per month.)

This house is in a cul-de-sac along Cherry Hinton Road which makes it a nice quiet location, but still only a 20 minute walk/6 minute cycle to the train station.

My other flatmates are a male biologist who I have worked with previously and a female biologist who is doing a PhD at Cambridge uni. The household is very chill and friendly, but has plenty of space for people to do their own thing.

The house itself is kept very clean & tidy and has plenty of space for 3 people - the kitchen has plenty of cabinets for food/equipment storage and has 2 fridges and 2 freezers. We also have a spare room which is used exclusively for storage if needed. Built in amenities also include an oven, induction hob, washing machine & dryer.

The bedroom itself is fully furnished and has 2 closets, sidetables, a desk, shelving and a double bed. This room also looks out to the garden and has a nice sunset view.

There is 2 bathrooms in the house so you will only be sharing with 1 male for the upstairs toilet & bath/shower/sink facilities.

There is an expansive back garden with garden furniture and a shed for storing bikes.

The surrounding area has a variety of small supermarket shops, bakeries and food places within a few minutes walk from the house, but if you need to get to Cambridge city centre there is also a bus stop ~30 seconds away from the front door.

The room will be available by mid/late January at earliest but I can move as late as early March if required. Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions!
