If you fancy jogging in the park and commute to other cities via train, our spare room might be right for you. 🏃

We are a family of an architect, an education advisor, and a cute little boy.

We live in a warm and comfortable three-bedroom house. One bedroom is our space, and another room is used by my husband‘s quiet studio. You will have a bright room entirely to yourself. ☀️

The room comes fully furnished with:
• a proper desk for study or work
• a spacious wardrobe
• a high-quality wooden bed + single matress

You’re very welcome to decorate the room in your own style and make it feel like home.

The location is convenient for commuting.
You can reach the train station easily by Bus 3 for 15 mins. Alternatively, it’s about a 10-min bike ride or 35-minute walk.

We’re looking for someone who would enjoy a calm, respectful, and friendly living environment.
