Double Room Available on Mill Road

Hello,

We’re looking for a new housemate in a clean, tidy house near Mill Rd in Cambridge. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with grocery stores/bars/restaurants a few minutes walk away and Cambridge train station is a 15 minute walk.

The room has a double bed and wardrobes. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a living room and one shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. We also have a small garden with a shed and vegetable box.

The room will be available from February (exact date TBC) and we’re looking for sometime to move in around this time. This is a shared house with a group tenancy where we sign a year contract as a group of four at the end of August, so we are ideally looking for someone who will stay until the end of the contract and consider resigning in the summer.
The rent is £730 per month including bills.


We’re a clean, tidy and friendly house, and have a cleaning rota each week. We sometimes go to the pub together but also respect each others privacy so are looking for someone who would fit in well with this.
