This is a lovely and big room on the town side of the railway bridge, just off mill road. The room will be unfurnished as I will be taking my furniture with me - I do however have a spare bed frame which I can leave in the room. Communal areas are fully furnished.
Rent & Bills is £1025 per month, with bills including; council tax, gas, electric, water, WiFi, streaming services, and household items (e. g bin bags, cleaning products, tin foil, loo roll). Rent is paid on the 11th of every month, so would be looking for someone to move in near to the 11th of Feb.
The house its self has another double bedroom and a family size bathroom (with bath/shower) upstairs and a kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs. The house also benefits from a wonderfully large garden with shed and BBQ. Its a very charming period property which has been lovingly decorated by Maff, the tenant who will be staying on. The neighbours cat does like to come for a visit a few nights a week so if you like cats that's a plus! So an animal lover is a must!
Maff is a working professional, she enjoys a craft project of an evening or heading out to see a couple of our friends in town. We generally have a natter in the kitchen of an evening then go about our free time separately, but did enjoy hosting BBQ's in the back garden in summer. We are seeking another young professional to take my room as I am moving city, female, Ideally between 25-32, laid back, clean and tidy, the usual.
The new tenant will need to sign onto the tenancy agreement as I will be giving notice. The deposit is approx £940 (need to confirm exact amount with estate agency) Only suitable for someone looking for a Long term option (1yr+). No Students due to council tax, sorry.
There is on street parking which is permit only. However the road behind us is free parking.
No smokers or couples please.
