Double Room near Addenbrookes

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to replace me in this lovely house.
It's a 3-bed property in a great location, only a 15 minute cycle/Voi to the heart of town, 5 minutes to Addenbrookes and near to Cherry Hinton road & all its lovely shops. There's also a bus stop over the road.
The room looks out over the massive garden and the pear tree within it (loads in the summertime!). The room is furnished with giant wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, full length mirror and bedside table.

The kitchen is big, and the dishwasher, washing machine and oven were recently replaced by the landlord, who is also excellent & responsive if needed. There's a tumble dryer too.
I've had people stay over on the sofa, it's super comfy. It's been so nice having a dining table too, for when friends come round!

There's a big bath and a powerful shower.

We have a co-op literally 2 minutes from the house which is open late. There's the Queen Edith pub about 5 minutes walk away, and the Rock pub 10 mins away for if you want to watch football.

I'm sad to leave behind my housemates, they're lovely people who are now looking for a clean & tidy replacement tenant. We sometimes go pub together but generally respect each others space. One is a 2nd year PhD student, and the other works as a research assistant south of the city.

This place could be ideal for someone working at Addenbrookes or south of the city - the location is great if you drive to work (there's off-road parking) - but who still wants to be close to the city centre for evening and weekend activities.

Council band C, but we live with a student so that's 30% off.
