Double & Single rooms. Shared house. Victoria Road

Hi there,

We have 1 double room(700p/m), and one single room (£600p/m) available in a great location, very close to the city center, bus stops, and shops.
There is a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, a shower room downstairs, and a bath upstairs. There is a place to lock the bikes. The washing machine is outside the kitchen in the veranda/patio.

There is one tenant already living in the house, and we are looking for two more professionals to fill the almost empty house.
All bills are included except broadband ( split the costs between tenants )

You are seeing only the double room pics, as the single room is just getting prepared, available very soon. (confirmation with agency).

Most probably, references will be needed as successful candidates will have to provide some documents to the agency, where the contract will be signed.
