The house is located in CB5 , very close to Cambridge Business Park, Cambridge North station and the retail park. 15 mins bus to Cambridge city centre and 20mins to Cambridge station. Very quiet neighbourhood, close to 4 supermarkets and a huge gym!

The room is located on the second floor of the house, very clean and bright with newly placed IKEA mattress for comfortable sleeps. The room has a table, a chair and built-in wardrobe. Suitable for moving in directly, no need to worry about any furniture.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 lovely male young professionals. They have different work hours. The shower is separated from the toilet so it’s never too crowded for sharing. The current tenants are all very clean (taking turns to clean the house each week and cleans after cooking each meal), friendly, quiet and respectful and we hope you are someone who has these qualities as well :) There’s a cat in the house, living on the first floor of the house. No pet is considered unfortunately as the cat has shown aggressive behaviour towards other animals before.

The room is empty and is available for moving in now (1st January). Viewings with current tenants can be arranged and are highly recommended!
