We are a friendly family living in a large house in Cambridge, just off Newmarket Road and very close to the Cambridge United stadium. We currently have a room available for a lodger: a large, furnished bedroom on the ground floor.

We have two children aged 6 and 10. The lodger’s room is downstairs, while all of our family bedrooms and our main bathroom are upstairs. You will have access to the kitchen, washing machine, and a spacious bathroom downstairs.

The house also has a large garden and is ideally located for anyone who enjoys being close to nature, with the river and Coldham’s Common both just a short walk away.

The house is around a 25-minute walk from ARU and the city centre, and it is well served by several bus routes into town.

Your share of the bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, and internet) comes to approximately £170 per month, making the total monthly cost £480. This price is already very reasonable and is therefore non-negotiable.
