Room Available in a Quiet and Friendly House

This is a well-located house in Barnwell, Cambridge. We live in a quiet area, which is a 5 minute walk to Abbey Leisure Complex, a 10 minute cycle to either Cambridge Station or Cambridge North, and right next door to the Citi 3 bus route.

The house itself has a spacious living room, kitchen, and garden, with a BBQ which can be used in the summer. There is plenty of storage both in the bedroom and elsewhere in the house. The house comes well equipped with a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a new smart fridge. There is a parking space available as well as secure bike storage.

I am a PhD student and my housemate is a computer scientist. We are looking for someone who is friendly and considerate to come and join our house. We respect each other's personal space and want the home to be a place where we can rest and unwind, while also wanting it to be a supportive and friendly place.
