Room to rent in Cambridge

We are three PhD students looking for a flatmate for our spacious house on Brooks Road in Cambridge. The house has three bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a large living area. We also have access to a separate guest house, which while it cannot be rented out is a separate and useful communal space, which we use as a separate living room. We are a quiet, friendly and multicultural group of people.

The house is in council tax band C, although this doesn't apply to students. Non students are welcome to apply, but the council tax will be their sole responsibility.
