4 double rooms

Hiya!

We are Hector and Gabi and we are looking for 4 new house mates after renovation of our house! The house is located just off Mill road, less than 5 minutes walk to the train station and 15 min walk into town. 3 double rooms are available immediately, whilst 1 of them will become available in mid February (pictures not shown in the ad, but the room could be viewed in person). The cost of this room is £795, with security deposit of £795, too.

We are social, outgoing and would like someone who'd enjoy spending time with us outside the house as well as in - cooking together, playing table games, crafting, going to the pub and coffee shop hopping. Both of us are 25 year old working professionals. Gabi enjoys staying active, reading, exploring coffee shops and bakeries and Hector enjoys running, yoga and travelling. All 4 rooms are double (rooms 1 and 2 are bigger, whilst rooms 3 and 4 are small doubles) that come with a set of new furniture: a desk, wardrobe, a bedside table and a smart TV. The laundry room is located outside and contains 2 dryers and 2 washing machines and a larger freezer. The house has 3 bathrooms and 2 showers.

All bills are included in the rent (Wifi, council tax, heating and water). Please note that 1 month's worth of rent as a deposit is required.
