Room: double with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers available. Bathroom with bath/shower. Open plan kitchen/living room fully furnished.
Location: off of Coldhams Lane, near the beehive centre. 10 min cycle to Cambridge North or Cambridge station. 10 min walk to mill road. Council tax band C.
Pets: I have two lovely cats, so ideally looking for someone who has experience living with pets.
Vibes: I work in a lab so I'm not in the flat 9-5 during the week. In the evenings I generally like to chill in the living room, make dinner and watch TV and usually go hang out with friends on weekends. Looking for someone who will be good with the cats, keep on top of cleaning and be easy to get along with. Keen to do in person viewings and chat to see if we would gel.
