I have 2 double bedrooms available in a new‑build house.
- Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, drawers and rail. I’m happy to add a desk and chair if needed, though I appreciate these can be quite personal.
- Shared use of a modern bathroom with one other person, a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, and an additional living area.
- Garden and off‑street parking available (parking can be discussed).
- I have 1 dog, a 6‑year‑old small Labrador.
