Large Double Room - Unfurnished

Large double unfurnished room in a 3 bed furnished semi-detached house just off Mill Road. Very small backyard with a shed. Shared sitting room with a nice TV, private bathroom next to kitchen (not en-suite). Bedrooms are on first floor.

I was living with my sister and her partner but am moving in with my own partner. Let is until 25th of August, undecided on whether to continue but should be thought of as the end just in case.

Bills are not included and are as follows (based on current expenditure):
The house is council band D, £64 each per month (no charge in March).
1Gb (very fast) Internet is £12.32 each per month. Gas and electric were around £15 each per month before winter and maybe double that during. Water is around £23 each per month.
