Seeking Tenant in Good Home

We are two full time working professional males in their early 30's looking to find someone to move in at the end of March. Rent is £700 with bills, Council tax (Band C), and Virgin Media 175mps wireless internet included. The renting of the room along with all forms etc are officiated by Sharman Quinney Estate Agents so everything is legitimate and legal.

The house is honestly very good for a shared place, and the price is competitive, especially with bills included. It is a decent sized 3-bedroom semi-detached end-of-terrace house, meaning neighbours only on one side, located in Arbury with good travel amenities. There is a local corner shop on the close that the house is located on. Cambridge North train station is a 30 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop at the end of the close that goes straight to the city center and beyond, always e-bikes and scooters nearby as well. Also has a driveway at the front of the house. The room up for rent is the master bedroom of the house, on the side of the house without neighbours. It is a good sized double room with a king sized bed and more wardrobe space than I've ever seen. Pictures don't do it justice really. The house has a bathroom with a shower and a bath with a jacuzzi function, a downstairs toilet as well, two fridges, one freezer, a clothes washing machine and a clothes drying machine, there is a dishwasher, and although one is not able to see in the picture, the kitchen does have an oven, grill & microwave. There are also common "living/dining" areas, an outdoor space, and decent amounts of space for storage dotted around the house. There's also a whole loft/attic space. The room/house is furnished, the bedroom comes with king size bed, desk, adjustable office chair and a large bookcase.
