Sublet room from 15 February until 10 of April

I’m moving out and looking for someone to sublet my room for a short period 2 month until 10 of April. Since it’s just short term stay I’ve set the rent at a lower price (so it’s not a scam) Bills, council tax, and internet are not included. They usually come to up to £220 per month. I just want someone reliable to stay in the room during that time.

The property includes access to a communal garden and a parking space. It’s also just a 2-minute walk from the Grafton Centre.
There is one other tenant in the flat a very friendly working professional so we would prefer a female tenant.

The contract runs until 10th April, so it’s a great option if you’re looking for a short-term stay.

The room comes furnished with a desk, new IKEA mattress, hanging rack, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. (my belongings won’t be in the room) but feel free to bring any extra furniture.
