The location is excellent, close to Sainsbury's supermarket and a bus stop. It's a 20-minute bus ride to the city centre.

The other room is occupied by a postdoctoral fellow from the University of Cambridge, who is quiet and has a regular schedule.

Requirements for tenants: Open to all genders, students are preferred. Must have a healthy and regular routine, with no bad habits.
Amenities: The apartment is fully furnished with all necessary kitchenware, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, and all cooking utensils available for tenant use. It also has a washing machine and a dryer.
