Sunny Single Room In A House Share

A cozy single room in a well-kept, friendly home. The house is clean, calm and well looked after, with a shared kitchen and bathroom and a large, sunny living room and dining area. The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

The previous tenants stayed for many years (some for over five!), which we think says a lot about the place. You'd be sharing with two friendly young professionals in their 20s who love their space but equally enjoy hanging out. Some of our interests include hosting, DIY, working out, exploring new food places, travelling, boardgames, music, and chats over warm and cold beverages :)

Location: 5 min cycle to Addenbrookes, 10 min cycle to central Cambridge, 15 min walk to the train station and Mill Road. Bus 3 stops right outside. Co-op and other shops 2 mins away, leisure centre 10 min walk.

Ideal for a professional or postgraduate. Preference for a woman!

Available from 1st March (flexible).

Rent: £520 pcm + bills (on average 80-100 per month)
