Additional cleaning fee shared between the tenants works out at £40 every 2 weeks for a cleaner to come and do the communal areas so this should be around £8 every 2 weeks for the tenant.

Really easy going friendly and sociable, clean household - all around mid- 20's so looking for another person the same.
