Located at The Cam Foundry on Mill Road, close to the city center, ARU and many Cambridge Uni departments, this is a fully furnished ensuite room with a kitchen shared between 5 flatmates. The building also includes study areas, laundry room, and a cinema room in reception.
Rent: £245/week (bills included)
– I’m happy to contribute £500 towards the rent, bringing it down to roughly £215/week overall (I really need this room gone)!
Payment options (through management):
– Pay in full before move-in
– Or split into 2 instalments (half before move-in, half later)
Available from: ~4th May
Contract ends: 29th August
Ideal for summer internships, placements, or students staying in Cambridge over summer!
The tenancy transfer is handled officially through accommodation management.
