We're a couple (26 & 29) living on the top floor. Both rooms are on the middle floor, so you'd have your own space and we're not on top of each other.

The house was recently refurbished throughout and it's a genuinely nice place to come home to. The kitchen is big enough to actually hang out in, and we tend to spend time there cooking and chatting. There's a small garden out back and bike storage at the front of the house.

Room 1 (Large) — £995/month, bills included
Super king bed, armchair and reading corner, desk, wardrobe, TV stand. This is a proper room — space to work from home, read, or just have your own evening without feeling boxed in.

Room 2 (Double) — £750/month, bills included
Double bed, wardrobe, shelves. Smaller but well laid out and gets good light.

The bathroom is shared between the two rooms only, and the rooms also share the downstairs washroom, it's not a whole-house queue situation.

The area:
Orchard Park is walkable and convenient without being hectic. Tesco is literally 100m away. There's a good coffee stand, a Burmese food stall, and Tiffin Truck (Indian) all nearby. Easy cycle (15m) into the city centre, and next to the science park.

The household:

We're into cycling, yoga, gardening, and food. Would love someone with similar energy — an interest in the outdoors, biodiversity, being active, that sort of thing. We're both professionals and the vibe is relaxed but considerate.
