I live downstairs. We've lived here for 8 years and found it a safe, quiet neighbourhood.
It's a 15 minutes walk from the train station, 5 mins walk to the bus stop, a 10 minute cycle to the city centre and a 2minute walk to the brook and allotment, a nice nature walk!
