The house is quiet and furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with BT Infinity broadband and a TV.

There is a large shared living room, shared kitchen with a dining area, bathroom, separate WC and a garden. There is an off road parking space (subject to availability), a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping bikes.

The tenants in the property are international professional (2 x females & 1 male) aged between mid 20s to mid 30s.

Non-smoker (smoking not allowed in the house) clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
