- There are convertible sofa beds in the living room. You can let your guests stay overnight occassionally.
- You can park your car or bicycle in the locked garage.
- Bills are about £100-110/month per person on average including council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity.
- Housemates (1 female, 1 male) are British postgraduate students at Cambridge University. Very friendly and social.
