Hi, my name is Paul, your future housemate! The large double bedroom in our 4-bed house will be available from the 1st of May. You will have access to a full bathroom (that is sometimes used by me too, but not regularly), as well as a separate toilet.

We have a shared kitchen, living room (with TV), and garden. The house also has secure parking for bikes.

We are looking for a tidy person who is ideally quite sociable as we often have boardgame evenings or movie nights in the shared areas.

The £690 monthly cost is inclusive of council tax. We have a very good deal for energy and broadband atm, so you can expect to pay a total of ~£70/mo in total for all other bills, bringing your monthly to ~£760.
