Central Cambridge large en-suite room available

Hi, we are Ed (35) and Charlotte (30) and we looking for a housemate for our house that we've just bought on City Road. It's a great spot a minute walk from the Grafton Centre and from The Free Press pub. It's also super close to town, Mill Road and Midsummer Common/Parker's Piece. The room looks over the garden, has an ensuite, built in wardrobes and a big bay window. It's a big house with plenty of common space, a garden and a roof terrace :) . There's also a passageway via Eden Street to the garden for bikes.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is friendly, fairly chilled and up for socialising sometimes. We are clean, tidy and relaxed to live with. We like exploring Cambridge, going to the pub, going on walks/cycles and hosting dinners etc. You would be welcome to have your own friends around also and host people and we have people to stay fairly often. Ed works from home about 3 days a week and I'm a teacher so out of the house Monday - Friday.

You will have your own fridge shelf and shelf space and free use of all the common spaces. You would also need to be okay with cats as we've just got two adorable kittens (11 weeks old!) :)

The room is £850 per month plus bills. We haven't quite worked out how much bills are yet as we've recently moved in but we think would be around £150 (more/less depending on the season).
