Bright, newly renovated garden flat in CB1

Hi there,

I’ve just finished a complete project converting my garage and sunroom into a bright, modern, and totally independent flat. I’m looking for a tidy and respectful person to be the very first tenant to enjoy the space!

A bit about the flat:
I’ve put a lot of work into making this a fresh and comfortable home. It has its own private entrance, so it is completely self-contained.

Brand new throughout: Everything is fresh from the renovation. You’ll have a separate, brand-new kitchen with a built-in oven and induction hob, plus a beautiful marble-effect bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The layout: Because it was converted from a garage and sunroom, the space is unique and gets a lovely amount of natural light. It’s a peaceful spot to relax.

The bed: The room comes with a "large single" bed. It’s great for one person, but if you’re a couple, please just check the photos to make sure the size works for you both!

The bills: To keep things simple, the rent includes Council Tax, Electricity, and Water.

Internet: You’ll need to set up your own internet connection. BT supports this whole area, so it should be very easy to get a fast, reliable connection sorted as soon as you move in.

Location (CB1 9YN):
We are in a quiet residential part of Cambridge. It’s a perfect location if you work at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, the Biomedical Campus, or ARM, as they are all just a quick cycle or bus ride away. It’s also very easy to get into the city centre or to the train station.

The process:
To make sure everything is clear and fair for both of us, I will provide a formal tenancy contract. The arrangement will be a standard security deposit followed by monthly rent payments.
