I’m a 22 year old female currently living / renting a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with a housemate who’s moving out middle - end of September (dates can be flexible!)

I enjoy cooking, baking, crocheting, art, crime documentaries, plants and much more! I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home 🏡

I work as a nurse and do a mixture of days and night shifts, I’m looking for someone who will be mindful of this ☺️

I’m relaxed, friendly and try to have a bit of normal routine when I can with my shifts! I have a boyfriend, Jake who stays occasionally! I enjoy getting to know new people whilst also respecting personal space.

The room itself is a spacious double room, can come unfurnished or with some furniture which my housemate is happy to sell for a set price. This includes: the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed frame without mattress.

About the flat:
• Quiet well presented / maintained 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a conveniently situated development in a landscaped environment adjacent to Newmarket Road, ideal for access to City Centre, Science Parks, A14 & Addenbrookes Hospital.
• Shared spacious living room, bathroom and kitchen (I have furniture already in here but more than happy to add / remove existing furniture decorate to how you’d like it too! ☺️)
• Washer-dryer, fridge freezer and induction hobs & electric oven
• 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre 🚌
• Quiet building - I’ve never had an issue with noise from neighbours! Even during days where I’m sleeping from nights ☺️
• Communal garden which is well maintained by the landlords 🍃
• Allocated parking (which I sometimes use when I’m at the flat but obviously will be shared!) & 5 shared visitors spaces (including disabled space)
• Side street parking also available down the next road, (free of charge)
• Covered bike store 🚲

Things to note:
• Cleanliness is important - I’m looking for someone who’s tidy 🧼
• Reasonable noise levels
• Looking for a female tenant to share the flat with - can either be student or professional! I don’t mind ☺️

Also to note:
• Rent is £750 a month, bills aren’t included. Works out roughly around £960 a month altogether!
• My landlord would need to run a financial check, employer reference check, previous landlord check and a right to rent check
