Double Room with own bathroom

One double room is available to rent, since our roommate is moving out. This room has it’s own bathroom right outside the room. Kitchen area is shared. Parking available and secure bike storage area as well.
Kitchen has a dishwasher too.
The room will be unfurnished, although wardrobe is there in room and kitchen has all amenities. Only a bed will be needed to buy for the room.
Bus stops walking distance away so good connection to the city centre (15mins by bus)
The rent mentioned has council tax and Wi-Fi included. Electricity and water is paid separately but it usually is ranging around £40-50 (depending on monthly usage)
Currently me and my partner are living in the house in one of the rooms. We are both working Monday to Friday.
