The house has a cosy living room, two bathrooms and a toilet and sink on the top floor. We also have a nice garden complete with furniture and shed which can be used for secure bike storage.
📍The location is excellent. When walking we are:
-10 minutes away from Mill Road, the Beehive shopping centre, and Cambridge Retail Park
Less than 20 minutes away from Cambridge Railway station, the Grafton shopping centre and several supermarkets including ASDA, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, and Aldi
-25-30 minutes away from the City centre and Grand Arcade shopping centre
We’re a friendly group that are respectful of each other’s space. We enjoy sport, reading, puzzles, and arts and crafts.
