Furnished double bedroom in girly house share

Hi all! I’m moving out of my room and my lovely housemates are looking for a girl to join our house in CB1 from mid-May (flexible move-in date). I’ve loved my time in this house and am so sad to be leaving!

The room is lovely and gets a lot of sun as it’s South-facing. It comes furnished with a bed (with lots of under bed storage), wardrobe, desk and chair. The rest of the house also comes furnished but also has plenty of space for you to decorate as you please.

The other two housemates are professionals, female and 24-26 years old. One works at the university as a research assistant, and the other is doing a part-time Masters at the university and works at an NGO.

The house is very well-located - train station and mill road are 15 mins walk away, town is a 10min cycle. We have a co-op and grocery stores 2 mins away and several gyms in walking distance.
