It is an easy 10 minutes by bike to the train station via the nearby cycle route, a short walk to the C2 bus route to Addenbrooke's or Cambridge centre, and just as near to the nature walk leading to Cherry Hinton Hall along the Cambridge Lakes.

The current tenants are female professionals, clean and tidy, respectful of others, sociable and friendly.
