Lovely, bright room in Romsey, Mill Road.

We are currently a house share of 5 people and a cat - named Bob. We are clean, considerate and conscientious people, who have been living together for some time now. Based on Mill Road, but quiet, there are lots of wonderful local amenities and cute cafes, and we are also just a short walk to the train station.

We enjoy catching up in the kitchen, sharing the occasional meal or movie night, and keeping the place relaxed and positive. Everyone does their bit to keep things clean and comfortable, and we all respect each other’s space and schedules.

You must be willing to contribute to the upkeep of the shared spaces, which we have a simple rota for. You have to be considerate to others, and you have to get along with Bob, who is a very friendly cat.

The room is available for single occupancy only and can be available furnished or unfurnished.
There are shared facilities:
- Shared bathroom with shower and toilet (shared with 2 other tenants)
- Kitchen with two ovens, gas & electric hobs, two shared fridges, large chest freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
- Large, comfortable living room with TV, lots of seating and a big dining table (great for Sunday roasts or board game nights)
- Garden (with a budding vegetable patch!)

The rent includes council tax (band F), wifi (fast), tv licence & water bill but excludes gas and electricity bills.
